Email a Question
How quickly can I be seen?+
Most patients are seen within the same week of booking. Evening and Saturday appointments are available. We don't operate a waiting list — book and you'll be seen promptly.
What should I bring to my appointment?+
A list of any medications you're currently taking is helpful. If you have any recent blood test results, GP letters or hospital correspondence, bring those too — but don't worry if you don't. our doctor will take a full history from scratch.
Is there parking nearby?+
Yes — full directions including parking information will be sent to you in your appointment confirmation. The clinic is also accessible by public transport.
Can I bring someone with me?+
Absolutely. You're welcome to bring a partner, friend or family member for support. Just let us know when booking so we can make sure there's enough space.
What is your cancellation policy?+
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Full details will be in your booking confirmation.
Do you offer telephone or video consultations?+
Most appointments are face-to-face, which allows for a full clinical assessment. Follow-up appointments and prescription reviews may be available by telephone or video — please get in touch to discuss what would work best for you.
